Who will be my teacher?
All of our teachers are highly qualified, experienced and professionals in teaching English online at the British Council.
Our teachers work with students from many different countries and are trained in modern teaching methods.
What happens in the live classroom?
Join online classes with students from all over the world to practice your speaking, listening and reading skills live with an experienced British Council teacher.
In the beginning, your teacher will introduce the topic and the learning objectives. Then there will be language activities to help you interact with the subjects and fellow students.
At the end of the class, the teacher will summarize and share all the learning materials and make sure that everyone has understood the lesson.
How to get the 7-day free trial
To get your free trial period, you will need to enter some identification and payment information to create your English Online account (but you will not be charged). Once this request has been processed securely, an account activation email will be sent. If you choose to continue your studies with us after the 7-day trial period, your first payment will be charged automatically at the regular monthly subscription price. You can cancel at any time during the trial period or monthly subscription.
How many classes are in the 7-day free trial?
The number of classes you can take during the trial period depends on your chosen plan. Subscribe to the Gold Package and get two free semesters. With the Platinum package, you will get 2 free classes.
What are the technical requirements?
Learning is easy with us. You need a desktop or laptop computer, a reliable and secure internet connection, a headset or headset with a built-in microphone, and the free video conferencing application (Zoom).
